FOUR BUILDING PLOTS AND AN AGRICULTURAL PLOT ON THE ŠOLTA ISLAND
These building sites totaling 2,236 square meters and the agricultural land plot next to the sea are located in Maslinica, the only village on the west coast of Šolta Island. Each plot of land possesses project documentation for construction of a villa. Staking out plans are already made and municipal and water contributions have been covered.
Construction permits have been obtained for a total of four buildings, of which three may take up the area of 196.26 m2, while the fourth may take up 189.40 square meters. With regard to the land shape, there are two existing objects in front of two of the villa sites, but the steep slope ensures the unobstructed sea view, while the remaining two locations are only separated from the sea by agricultural land.
The terrain provides amazing views of the seven-island archipelago, a picturesque beach, and soothing greenery. The village itself is attractive due to the peace and unspoiled nature surrounding it, while its close proximity to the Šešula Bay makes it increasingly attractive to boaters and water sports fans alike.
