The AMMA Resort envisages construction of an upscale luxury hotel (5-star, IHG brand InterContinental with 198 units ) and eight buildings. The stunning new hotel in Čanj will be the first for the InterContinental brand in the region. The Resort consists of 242 apartments of various types such as: studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three bedroom apartments and penthouse, all with the sea view.
